HOW TO BUY EXCLUSIVE ONLINE MEET & GREET

  1. Log in to www.eventpop.me ( If you are the new customer, please Sign up with your full information) and choose JAPAN EXPO MALAYSIA 2020. Search for the artists you are interested to have an online meet & greet session and then click on [CLICK HERE to Buy Ticket].
  1. Choose the artists you would like to have an online meet & greet session and the quantity of tickets you wish to purchase, then click on “Buy Tickets”.
  1. The system will take you to the detail page of the attendees. You will only have 15 minutes to complete all the details.
  1. Please complete all the details. lf the attendee is the same person as the buyer, click on the checkbox at the top “Use My Information” to auto-fill in the boxes. In order to entering event, you need to use the same email that you registered here.
  1. Please review all the details including your order information and the total price is correct. Then, click on the checkbox to agree to the Terms and Policies and click on “Confirm”. The system will take you to Payment method page.
  1. You will receive “Order Confirmation” through your registered email after you purchased and you will receive another email “How to join Live” after 15th July 2020. You can join live meet and greet from either「Live Session」link on email or「My Wallet」on www.eventpop.me at the live date.

オンラインミート&グリートのチケット購入手順

  1. www.eventpop.meにログインし、JAPAN EXPO MALAYSIA 2020を選択します。（初めてこのサイトを使用する方はまずはサインアップをしてください。）オンラインミート＆グリートバナーから参加したいアーティストを検索し、[CLICK HERE to Buy Ticket]をクリックすると、選択したアーティストのチケット購入ページにいきます。
  1. 画面をスクロールして”Tickets”のところで金額と詳細を確認し、購入枚数を入れ、右下にある[Buy Tickets]をクリックします。
  1. 購入者の情報記入ページが表示されますので、必要情報を記入ください。15分以内にこの操作を完了してください。
  1. オンラインミート&グリート参加時にここで入力するEメールアドレスが必要となりますので、必ず参加時に使用するEメールアドレスを入力してください。 参加者が購入者と同じ人物である場合は、上部にある[個人情報を使用（Use My Information）]のチェックボックスをクリックすると、ボックスに情報が自動入力されます。
  1. 注文情報、合計金額を含むすべての詳細を確認してください。次に、チェックボックスをクリックして利用規約に同意し、[確認（Confirm）]をクリックすると、お支払い方法のページに移動します。
  1. お支払い完了後、自動システムで“注文完了（注文番号）”のEメールが登録されたEメールアドレスに届きます。7月15日以降にもう一度、同Eメールアドレスに“ミート＆グリートに参加の仕方”が送られてきます。当日はメール内にある「ライブセッション（Live Session）」リンクあるいは www.eventpop.me 内の「マイウォレット（My Wallet）」からZOOMルームに入室いただきます。
